I need evil!

I know I'm not very systematic and this post should have been published about 4 months ago. But at last - here it is, a Bubble-post. A 31st of May, in Poznań, took place such a cute, positive and colourful as rainbow and unicorns event, as huge bubble making.

When I think about bubbles, first thing that comes across my mind is this short video I added at the beggining of todays post. I'm a type of person who cannot stand too much cuteness and sweetness. So after the bubble photo session, I was like: "I need more evil!".

But there will be no evil today on this blog. Instead you will see happy people, laughing kids and that little, ball-shaped objects, that are terribly difficult to capture.

From the ashes a fire shall be woken...

Flames are quite interesting "models", always unpredictable, moving all the time, dancing, hypnotizing you... They can astonish you with their fleeting forms, never the same again. Fortunately, we've got a perfect solution to be able to look at fire sculptures for a longer while, much longer after they vanish. I'm talking about photography of course. 

This session is a bit old, I was 17 when I took the photos and I was enchanted by the results. It was totally spontaneous to use my Nikon camera for such a purpose, I was only planning to capture some funny memories from my last class trip, before our final exams. But when I have such a charming object, I just cannot resist. So I took a look inside the fire, to find there some magic and take it home. 

Happy Vampire says 'Hello!'

Hello everyone (or no one at the moment, because the blog is new and empty, but I hope eventually some people will read it).

I wasn't thinking for a long time about the first photos to publish here. In fact I wasn't thinking at all, the choice was obvious - about a month ago I took some pictures I'm very proud of. I'm talking about a photo session with my dear friend and beautiful fashion blogger Sylwia 'Vamppiv' Błach (vamppiv.blogspot.com).

Since she's known for her alternative, dark, mostly gothic style, the photos of her surrounded by bright, yellow flowers of rapeseed were something new for her followers. Still, she's wearing black clothes and crosses and the contrast of her dark majesty and sunny field was a real eye-candy for a photographer ("which is me by the way, hello"*).

The flowers themselves looked that day like always - delicate petals, green stalks, in fact much more tangled than I thought, which made it difficult to 'sink' in the rapeseed sea. We felt more like in a jungle we have to fight with, and we only managed to go two or three meters inside the field. Also, the flowers obviously didn't like us and made our pretty, gothic clothes stained yellow. As a matter of fact, the rapeseed field is marvelous when you see it behind the windows of your car, passing by, but loses some of its magic, when you get too close.

But we will pretend nothing of that took place. In my pictures the field is like we imagine it, when we watch from the distance. A wide and long sea of sunlight, caught in small flowers, waiting for us to take a dive. Friendly and gentle, a place to hide inside, like in a garden of our own thoughts and dreams, that circle around our head like ethereal, yellow clouds. And nature we see everywhere we look, is so happy, so full of positive energy, that even a vampire is no longer afraid of sunlight.

Okay, enough talking, let's take a look at always beautiful Vamppiv and much-more-beautiful-in-the-pictures flowers of rapeseed.
